Next Play Basketball has officially gone international!

Next Play Basketball has officially gone international! 6’4” wing Villiam Nesser of Gothenburg, Sweden, has joined the Next Play 17U roster for the final stretch of the season. Known for his smooth shooting stroke, high basketball IQ, and versatile playmaking ability, Nesser brings an international flair to the NPB family. 

Nesser has competed at a high level in Sweden and now looks to make an immediate impact stateside. His addition brings depth and skill to an already talented Next Play squad as they prepare for a championship run.

Head coach Jake Webster shared his excitement about the newest addition:

“It’s been thrilling to have Villiam join us. His commitment to becoming a part of our program and elevating his game to the next level has had a positive impact on the whole group. He is a tremendous young man and is a prospect to watch in the second July evaluation period.”
